Online Guest Reviews
One of TGCSA’s goals is to inspire local establishments to “aim higher” in terms of service and quality. This is one of the reasons the star engraved Plaque is aspirational in the tourism trade. The brief was to create an impactful AV to help boost awareness about TGCSA’s new initiative, which is to incorporate online guest reviews to their globally recognised Grading criteria. This exciting endeavour was announced at the TGCSA Annual Stakeholder Dinner during the 2015
tourism INDABA.
